A highly accomplished marketer, Chris has grown a number of well known international brands as well as little-known regional and national brands. Integral to this is an innate ability to inspire people and drive commercial performance.

Sarah is a specialist in brand-led and strategic marketing. Having spent 16 years managing some of the world’s leading global travel brands, in 2007 she set up her own marketing consultancy, and now applies her vast experience and big company disciplines to small to medium sized businesses.
Associate Technical Consultant
Richard has over 30 years in the Structural Packaging Industry, both client-side and agency-side, has great innovative and creative technical flair and a wide ranging understanding of marketing and consumer requirements. Richard specialises in strategic packaging development, sustainability reviews, and in project management.

Steve has over 20 years experience in the design and advertising world, providing creative solutions for the likes of energyTEAM, Interserve, Marks & Spencer, Rentokil Initial, Start-Rite, Thorntons Chocolates and Yahoo. Prior to setting up Turquoise Creative, Steve held positions at Adare International and TDG Integrated both as Creative Director.

An accomplished, director-level marketer, Chris has grown brands through driving the strategy through to powerful implementation of marketing plans and innovation. Integral to this is an innate ability to inspire people and drive commercial performance.
Working with businesses as diverse as start-ups and large international corporates, Chris has experience across a wide range of markets, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods to retail to professional services and leisure attractions.
Complementary to Chris’ expertise in brand and marketing strategy and planning is his commercial orientation gained from running brands for 20 years and his 15 years of coaching, training and workshop facilitation. It means he can deliver on every level, whether it’s as Marketing Director delivering the growth agenda on a Board of Directors or coaching that Board to live the strategy and vision for the business. Chris is highly accomplished at creating and sharing a new company vision and proposition with staff to give them greater understanding and connection to it, so that they consistently create and retain customers that strongly recommend.

Richard is a specialist in structural packaging. With over 30 years’ experience, his innovative and creative technical flair and wide ranging understanding of marketing and consumer requirements has benefited many leading brands, including Anadin, Cif, Douwe Egberts, Durex, Johnny Walker, PG Tips and Philips, amongst many others.
In 2006 Richard set up Design Fruition and has been responsible for the innovation, development and implementation of many major structural packaging projects, from air-fresheners to beer widgets. His extensive knowledge of all packaging materials including glass, plastics and flexibles, food manufacturing processes and products across a wide range of categories, markets and distribution channels has proved invaluable when providing consultancy services to clients; he regularly carries out strategic sustainability reviews and cost reduction programmes for a variety of FMCG companies.
